Our B&B and Tea House offers a very relaxing place to get away from life's ever present stresses. Only 20 minutes west of Winnipeg on The Trans-Canada Hwy., this very unique and interesting 3 storey, 96 year old building, formerly St. Martha's Convent, is situated in the heart of Elie on 5 acres of beautiful parklike grounds with flower gardens, large pond and waterfall that is a haven for birds and wildlife. In house, we offer the orginal chapel, a unique gift shop and an art gallery on all floors. The chapel can host small weddings, anniversaries, reunions, retreats, or simply a peaceful place to sit and meditate listening to a beautiful variety of surround sound music. We feature 5 guest rooms: 2 large rooms ( king or Twin) Queen room, Double room or a single room. Guests have access to a large living-dining room with TV, VCR, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker on the 3rd floor as well as a large formal dining room and sitting room on the 1st floor.
